How much does AI training for employees cost?
$1,000 per person for the full one-week program: four on-site sessions, run one team or department at a time. Prices are in CAD for Canadian businesses and USD for US businesses. Book a free 30-minute call and we'll scope it for your team.
What does the training cover?
Four sessions: AI foundations and mindset, tools and prompt engineering, workflow automation, and responsible AI. Your team leaves with role-specific prompts, at least one working automated workflow, a shared prompt library, and a written AI policy.
Does my team need technical skills?
No. The program is built for owners and staff of real businesses, not tech companies. Everything is taught around the tasks your team already does every day.
Which AI tools do you teach?
We're model-agnostic. We don't sell a specific tool. We teach your team how to use the leading AI assistants and automation tools, built around the workflows they actually run.
Where do you deliver training?
We're based in Stratford, Ontario and train on-site across Southern Ontario, including Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, London, Hamilton, the GTA and Niagara. For larger teams elsewhere in Canada or the US, we fly in. Book a call and we'll work out what makes sense.
What happens after the training week?
Your team keeps everything built during the week. If you want ongoing help, the training retainer is $5,000 per quarter for up to 6 hours of additional training every month, used whenever your business needs it.
