Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect the email address you give us and use it for what you signed up for, plus the occasional update. No trackers. Nothing sold. Unsubscribe in one click, or email us and we'll delete everything.
Who we are
ChironAI is run by Vince Sequeira in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. For any question or request about your information, email contactchiron@virtualvince.ca.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up on this site. We also note which page you signed up from, so we send you the thing you actually asked for.
- Anything you send us by email.
- Booking details, if you book a call. Bookings go through Calendly, which handles that information under its own privacy policy.
- Basic server logs. Like every website, our web host records technical details such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
What we don't do
- No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies.
- We never sell, rent or trade your information.
- We never add you to a list you didn't sign up for.
Emails
Our email list runs on EmailOctopus. When you sign up, you agree to receive what you signed up for and, at most, a newsletter or a major update now and then. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Videos
Videos on this site use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube (Google) handles that playback under its own privacy policy.
Where your information is stored
The services we use (EmailOctopus, Calendly, our web host, and YouTube if you play a video) are based outside Canada, so your information may be stored or processed in other countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Emails you send us are kept only as long as we need them to work with you.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in Canada and unhappy with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't start using your information in a new way without telling you first.
