The Follow Up You Never Send
An AI workflow that finds quotes that went quiet, drafts the follow-up overnight, and texts it from your business number only after you approve it.

Key points
- Following up on a quote isn't hard. Timing is. Three days after you send it you're on a job site, so the follow-up happens at 9 PM, on a Sunday, or not at all.
- Every morning the workflow checks your quote sheet or database for customers who've gone quiet for a set number of days, and drafts a follow-up for each one. Any major AI model can write them.
- The drafts come to you in Slack, email or text. Approve, reject, or reply with changes and it rewrites the message.
- Approved follow-ups are texted from your business number through Twilio, and the sheet marks each quote as chased so no customer hears from you twice.
- Rejected drafts stay in the sheet and nothing is sent, so you decide who's worth chasing, like the customer who asks for a new quote every week and never books.
